The MA Foundation operates as a nonprofit SubDAO. Nonprofit organizations face two distinct challenges, which can be broadly divided into two types:

Initiatives led by MA:

These are initiatives the core team of MA will initiate to the community. Each Foundation DAO member has the power to vote to continue supporting the effort. (e.g., scholarship for people with disabilities as a part of MA social responsibility). In order to ensure that the funds are used efficiently, certain criteria will be followed.

Initiatives led by the community:

These initiatives will be proposed by DAO members who have reached a particular participation level. (For example, holding a tournament for charity). It will be possible for the MA community to propose initiatives that will be voted on by NFT badge holders. In addition to tracking progress, MA Foundation will ensure that funds are spent effectively.
